Hey all!
I have a new hobby I want to pick up which is rock climbing! If you're a beginner/intermediate that would be perfect!
I also like snowboarding and am a beginner at the boxes & rail stuff. Not many of my local friends are at the same level as me yet. Would be great for a Thu or Fri night at Xscape.
I also leave watching good films till last minute for some reason and then everyone's seen it. So a cinema buddy would be great too!
I do love sports more than anything but I know resistance training is important for healthy living. I have a mini garage gym but would be great working out with someone. I have a huge knowledge on gyming based on science and proven techniques. Believing in working on your muscular imbalances for improved human function/movement. I warn you, I'm pretty skinny meaning I've been lazy. So I need someone who is probably more committed and enthusiastic than myself, but I get into the flow of things pretty easily.
Could always use a spare person for badminton if you're local.
