I'm looking to improve my overall fitness, stamina, and build up some muscle (not too much, toned is what I'm aiming for).
I'm not really into going to the gym, I find machines boring. I live 5 mins from Kelvingrove Park so that would be the ideal location for any exercise.
At the moment I'm not very fit and my body can't really handle intensive workouts yet (it takes me about 4 days to recover from 5-a-sides), so I'm looking for a partner who is about the same level and we can start slow but gradually build up to good workouts.
Running, cycling, snowboarding, 5-a-sides... whatever really. I don't swim though... I don't do water :)
