I am stuck in a 'running rut' of 30min runs here and there and would like to get into a more regular routine of running various distances at least three times a week. I need someone to help to motivate me by arranging a regular time to meet and run. I don't drive so most runs must be in my area (Heeley/Nether Edge/Eccleshall).
